the staff at this hotel were friendly and the coffee was REALLY good while we enjoyed being just a few steps away from several fantastic restaurants and a lovely park perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The stay served its purpose of being close to the University of Utah Hospital, which was a major plus for us. However, the room wasn't cleaned as well as we hoped. the floor was dirty and housekeeping didn’t come during our stay.

The location is ideal for dog owners looking for nearby parks and pet-friendly spots. Our check-in experience stood out as the staff member was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel at home.

I really appreciated how this hotel is surrounded by shopping and dining options, with the enjoyable Liberty Park just a short walk away, making it really easy to explore the area and grab a bite after a day of walking around the city. the spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat to unwind after all that strolling around and sightseeing.

my stay at extended stay was quite pleasant! the queen studio was cozy, and the staff was super friendly, which made everything feel more welcoming. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from sugarhouse park and various dining options, so we found plenty to do. plus, having hot drinks available for breakfast was a nice touch.

Noise from the room above could be disruptive, resembling a stampede at times, making it tough to relax. Limited breakfast options that barely qualify as such—coffee, granola bars, and pastries don’t cut it for a proper morning meal. Notably, the combined shampoo and conditioner provided was subpar, leading to some hair issues that could be avoided with a better selection. Additionally, expect no maid service unless you plan to stay longer than two weeks, which might not align with everyone's expectations for convenience.
